Whether you decided to seek therapy because you are sad, anxious, angry, struggling in your job or relationship, or because you are pursuing self-growth, choosing a therapist can be overwhelming. A helpful thing to know when you’re looking for a therapist is that a good fit for someone else may not be a good fit for you. By exploring my site, you can start to get a sense if I might be a good fit for you.
